SPECIAL NOTE: U.S. Representative Tammy Baldwin in 2012 will be U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin in 2013, as a result of the November 2012 general election. Representative Tammy Baldwin became a cosponsor of H.R. 676 on 4/22/2004.
She subsequently renewed that commitment to Health Care for All with single-payer national health insurance in subsequent sessions of the U.S. Congress.
