01-Jan-2011 - Needs to become a supporter

Representative Sandford D. Bishop Jr. WAS a supporter. He became a cosponsor of H.R. 676 on 6/14/2006. He subsequently renewed that commitment multiple times. However he did NOT renew for the 2011-2012 session of Congress.

The following words reflect his PREVIOUS support position: I believe that no American should ever be forced to make a choice between a doctor’s visit and food for his or her family. Health care should be a right, not a privilege for the elite few or a financial obstacle for small businesses. We in government have an obligation to put an end to the disparity.- Congressman Sanford Bishop – at his U.S. House web pages.
