Telephone Numbers
for Congress
and the President

DO NOT CALL YET to your U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators in the U.S. Congress.

If a massive communications event of telephone calls is ever needed, we will announce it and do it.

Until then, please wait.

Any event that we do will be MASSIVE after we have reached our campaign goal.

Until then, focus your efforts on expanding our numbers of persons who know about universal health care, Improved Medicare for All, and help them sign up and become Health Care Patriots to help ensure that they do sign up. Expanding our numbers of Health Care Patriots is THE current important activity.

Why? Because we plan to demonstrate by our strength in our (solid) knowledge and our (huge) numbers.

Toll Calls to U.S. Capitol Switchboard provided by the U.S. Government, which does not provide any toll-free number(s)

These numbers are listed first, because there's less chance that they will change or be shut down.

Toll-Free Calls to U.S. Capitol Switchboard

Privately-sponsored toll-free numbers to the U.S. Congress

   866-338-1015

... and ... 888-797-8717   We had at least two times when we noticed that this 888-797 number resulted in a busy signal, but then it resumed working after some days.

Tip: If you want to ensure that your number is not seen by the sponsor of the toll-free number, dial *67 immediately before dialing the number. We do NOT have any indication that such tracking happens, but those who might be concerned can use *67. The advantage of NOT using *67 is that the staff members of your members of the U.S. Congress will have

Any of the above phone numbers could be shut down at any time, since the U.S. Congress has no control over their use or availability. And, on occasion, such as in late September and early October of 2009, the phones are sometimes used to make suggestions for what to say to the members of Congress or to give messages for other purposes.

Not recommended:
— 888-460-0813 . . is sponsored by a group which does not support Improved Medicare for All
— 877-264-4226 . . is apparently a scam to get your home telephone number

DO NOT CALL YET to the White House and leave a message for the President

202-456-1111

If a massive communications event of telephone calls
to the White House is ever needed, we will announce it and do it.

Campaign Communications Event with Telephone Calls

The above telephone numbers might become very important to the campaign.
If the members of the U.S. Congress do not positively respond with strong support of Improved Medicare for All, it may become necessary during the campaign's Phase 2 to conduct a coordinated, organized, efficient and effective massive communications event of telephone calls.
If that kind of communications event is necessary, it will be a dramatic action that will impact telephone communications for weeks.
We will post complete instructions for how to make an efficient (short) and effective call to each of your members of the U.S. Congress ... on your "day of the month" to help get Improved Medicare for All.
