  • Please include specific internet web page address(es) that clearly communicate your full support for single-payer national health insurance. See the following examples:
    CA-31st with audio and AZ-7th .
• To each of the Washington, D.C. offices of U.S. Representatives and U.S. Senators an advance notice was delivered in mid-June 2007.
