Power from Citizen Actions
The positive-oriented strategy (above) will help establish the power of the people in the strongest, most solid, way possible. The power will come primarily from the positive, realistic expectations that we will establish the best health care for all system in the world. That power of millions of Americans will overcome the immense power of the opposition
The power of the people will be an overwhelming force of millions of Americans becoming informed and signing up to take specific communications actions each month, such as:
— sending personalized letters that flood the offices of the 435 U.S. Representative (and the 100 U.S. Senators)
— making quick, efficient, organized phone calls (later in the campaign) that flood the telephone lines across the offices of each of the 435 U.S. Representatives (and each of the 100 U.S. Senators) ... when our numbers get high and our power strong.
Related Factors
Communications from participants in this campaign to Washington D.C. occur in a practical, consistent manner, such that our unified “voice” is clearly “heard”.
Sending personalized letters in the U.S. Mail is both practical and powerful. Please read about the practical and powerful nature of this action.
The campaign e-mails provide suggestions (ideas) for personalizing your letter, making the effort typically 10-15 minutes each time that the monthly e-mail reminder is received. Occasionally, the time required may be 20-30 minutes: as we grow in numbers, we will occasionally communicate to more people in Washington, D.C., and/or in more ways.
