Send Notes to Congress

1. Get your report. Access your “customized” report titled “Information to Send Notes to Congress” that will be created specifically for your U.S. Congressional District. The report gives detailed instructions for how to best send a note by U.S. Mail or fax or e-mail. Select the “Start Here” link, below … or … start here.
   
   
2. Select a note. You can minimize the amount of time you spend on this. You can simply select a note from the set of 4 or 5 suggestions that are provided with your most recent monthly reminder. Or use that same set of suggestions to communicate weekly. You can get those reminders by requesting them here. Whether you use a note ‘as is’ or make changes, it is important to keep the note short. Success will come not from lots of words; success comes from many people who send short notes.
   
   
3. Send by U.S. Mail or alternatively by fax or e-mail, according to the schedule. All necessary information you will have on your report of “Information to Send Notes to Congress.”
