How do I update/edit the information that I entered when I signed up, such as when I get a new e-mail address or move to a new address?
1) Display a previous monthly reminder e-mail that you received, such as the most recent one. (If you don’t have one of those saved, then please notify us what the new information is.)
2) Select (click on) the “Manage your subscription” link. That link in your monthly reminders is YOUR unique link to your information.
3) Under “Manage Your Subscriptions and Profile” you will see an “Edit Your Profile” link. Select that link to display and change your information, including your e-mail address.
4) After you’ve made the necessary changes, select “Submit” to save the changes. What can I do if I am not receiving the monthly reminders from Bob at the Million Letters for Health Care Campaign?
