its importance in helping get health care for all.
... and what to do if you don't have computer access.

It is very important to inform Americans about improved Medicare for All
a) in a very small group and
b) at a computer screen that displays this website.

Why? Because, as indicated by the reasons below, those factors are the only way to do the BEST job of establishing truly informed Americans and achieving this result ...

The RESULT we want:
Millions of Informed Citizens Communicating:
More Power Than the Opposition's Lobbyists and the Media

Reason #1: The opposition's demonstrated control of our opinion is amazing.

With the BEST education of an individual American, that American's opinion is much less likely to be swayed by the very expensive and powerful media campaigns of the opposition. It may surprise many Americans how powerful the opposition has been in demonstrating their control of our opinions. Go to Media to see the facts about this topic.

Informed Americans can laugh at the campaigns or at least ignore them. Some informed Americans will have satisfying pleasure that the opposition is wasting money, even though that money is partly or wholly from our health insurance premiums, deductibles, and coinsurance.

Reason #2: participants being able to speak as part of the "buy-in" that can be accomplished when there is a good interaction.

Most people want a chance to speak. The smaller the size of the group the more likely that any one individual in the group will have time within the education session to speak in some way, however they want. For example, it's best if each person has time to think of their questions and concerns and get anwers to them. If time permits, each person can also speak in other ways: express feelings and share their experiences. These additional comments of an individual might bring out additional questions and concerns among the small group that can be addressed.

"Buy in" means that the degree of personal interest in this topic is maximized, such that there is interest in signing up for the campaign.

Reason #3: informing an American is different than notifying an American.

There are many ways that we notify an American about single-payer health care via improved Medicare for All. Examples are distribution of literature (handouts), writing letters to the editor, conducting rallies and protests and truth hearings, wearing promotional clothing, having posters at the windows and/or doors of our homes.

NONE of those provides informed Americans.

Establishing one more informed American requires a very small group that has the latest, up-to-date presentation of information and answers and testimonials.

Reason #4: the need to be prepared for change.

Change is difficult for anyone. Ask someone who has finally been successful at establishing good eating and movement habits that allow them to control their weight.

Americans must be prepared for this important change to our society. The activity of informing Americans in a way that maximizes their interest (Reason #2) becomes not just informing Americans, but also preparing Americans. The more Americans who are prepared and positively anticipating this change to an improved Medicare for All, then the more we will have been respectful and polite to our fellow Americans by informing them and minimizing their amount of stress and anxiety.

A note about the numbers: by the time that over 10 million informed Americans have signed up to the campaign the chances are good that we will have informed 100 millions either directly or indirectly. That will be an outstanding contribution in the preparation for this positive change in our society. The international and domestic media will help us increase that to 200 million by the media exposure that we will get for free as a result of our massive campaign.

Reason #5: We must do our best.

Doing our best means having the best information, which will always be on-line at a computer screen.

Our teams of people are continually working to provide the best at this website. This website gets continually better and better in its presentation of the necessary communication of the KNOWLEDGE that Americans need to know. Then with that KNOWLEDGE Americans who are interested in doing a small action each month and help develop the necessary NUMBERS of informed Americans who are also communicating via the campaign.

This website, the tools and resources it provides, and the associated campaign, are in the final stages of preparation. Having ONE source for the information for the campaign provides efficiency and effectiveness: important contributors to success.

Yes ... knowledge and numbers will help us be successful.
