Maintains the same structure that the United States has today and adds another major government program to it.

 

Streamlines the way the United States pays for health care, reducing the size of all three types of bureaucracy related to health care, slashing unnecessary administrative costs.

Projected to cut costs by $58 billion per year, as per a report by the Commonwealth Fund (pdf).

Lower efficiency and productivity:
50 administrative organizations in addition to the national administrative organization. Fifty sets of legislators involved plus the U.S. legislators.
